Pest Control Service Terms in Wyoming

Last Updated: 10/26/2026

What Pest Control Work Covers

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to pest inspections and control work that Wyoming Pest Pros describes in a written estimate or service agreement. The approved scope identifies the pests, locations, treatment methods, and any preparation or follow-up expected.

Work not listed, including repairs, sanitation, wildlife removal, and treatment of additional pests or areas, requires a separate agreement. We do not promise that pests will never return.

Pesticides are used only as allowed by product labels and applicable law. Our work follows the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), EPA product registration and use directions, and Wyoming Pesticide Act commercial applicator licensing requirements.

Rodenticides and bait stations are handled according to applicable label restrictions. We follow OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, and applicable RCRA disposal rules.

The Wyoming Department of Agriculture, EPA, OSHA, Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, and, when relevant, the U.S. Department of Transportation may oversee different parts of these requirements.

Booking, Changes, and Cancellations

Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method confirmed by Wyoming Pest Pros. We will communicate the planned service time and any access or preparation instructions we know are needed.

Please make the property accessible and follow those instructions; tell us promptly if conditions change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and before the appointment when you can.

Any cancellation charge or notice requirement applies only if it was disclosed in your estimate or service agreement.

A request to add pests, rooms, buildings, or treatment methods changes the agreed scope. We will explain any effect on work and cost and obtain your approval before doing additional chargeable work.

If a technician finds conditions that prevent safe or label-compliant treatment, we may pause or reschedule the affected work and discuss options with you. Weather, access problems, or other conditions beyond reasonable control may also require a new appointment. We will confirm changes through the contact method available.

Estimates, Charges, and Payment

A written estimate describes the work and price based on the information and property conditions available when it is prepared. It is not an agreement to perform work until you approve it and Wyoming Pest Pros confirms scheduling.

Hidden conditions, changed access, or a request for additional treatment may affect the estimate. We will explain proposed changes and obtain your approval before performing extra chargeable work; you may decline the added scope.

Payment timing and accepted methods will be stated in the estimate, service agreement, or invoice. Unless those documents say otherwise, payment is due as shown on the invoice.

Please raise a billing question promptly and include the relevant appointment or invoice details. A question does not change the agreed payment terms for undisputed work.

No price, financing option, or recurring service is offered unless it appears in a written proposal you approve. Applicable taxes or other disclosed charges will be shown before you accept the work.

What We Stand Behind

Wyoming Pest Pros will perform the work described in your approved service agreement using the methods and products permitted for that job. These terms do not establish a separate workmanship warranty, guaranteed pest-free period, or standard coverage duration.

If your written proposal includes a service warranty or follow-up visit, that document controls its length, conditions, and remedy. Please keep it for reference and contact us if you believe covered work was not performed as described.

Any stated coverage may depend on following preparation and access instructions, maintaining required conditions, and limiting the agreement to the pests and areas it names. New pest activity, untreated locations, building changes, sanitation issues, or work by others may fall outside the described coverage.

We will review the written terms and the reported conditions before determining whether a return visit is included or requires a separate charge. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Responsibility for Service Risks

To the extent allowed by law, Wyoming Pest Pros’ responsibility for a proven claim arising directly from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific work at issue. This limit does not apply where law prohibits it, including liability that cannot be waived.

We are not responsible for damage or pest activity caused by pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, inaccurate information, denied access, or conditions outside the agreed scope, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Report a concern promptly so we can review the agreement and circumstances.

Nothing in these terms permits unsafe or unlawful pesticide use. Work must comply with FIFRA label directions, EPA registration and approved-use requirements, and applicable Wyoming Pesticide Act licensing rules.

Rodenticide use and bait stations must follow their applicable labels. Hazard communication and disposal are handled under applicable OSHA and RCRA requirements. These legal duties remain in force and are not reduced by the payment-based limit above.

Questions and Notice of Updates

For questions about these terms or an appointment, contact Wyoming Pest Pros at (855) 681-0299 or [email protected]. Mail may be sent to 245 E Main St, Suite 4, Lovell, WY, USA.

Please include your name, service address, and estimate or invoice details when relevant so we can identify the matter. These terms apply alongside any service-specific written agreement; if provisions conflict, the specific agreement controls for that job unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version will be made available through the channel where these terms are posted or provided.

For scheduled work, we will communicate a material change that affects your approved service before relying on it for that work. A revision does not retroactively change completed services or an existing agreement unless you agree or the law permits it. Please contact us if you need a copy or want clarification before approving service.
